Directly in front of the door there is a lovely bay with a beach and the blue sea, next to it and accessible via a nice promenade is the harbour of Cap d’Ail and just round the corner begins “Fontvieille” which is a part of Monaco. Tennis courts are situated on the other side of the building. The center of Monaco can easily be reached within a 15 to 20 minutes walk.
