A security deposit
of 25%-35% of the total rental price with a minimum of 1.500 € will be
demanded from the tenants for eventual damages.
In case of damages exceeding the security deposit all our clients will be
insured.
A down payment of 30% of the total rental price is demanded at reservation to
guarantee the booking. 20% of this amount will be paid to you at this time.
The final balance is due 2 months before arrival or if the reservation is made
less than 2 month before arrival the total balance is due at the time of
reservation. The final balance will be paid to you 2 weeks before arrival due
to the cancellation charges.
In case of cancellation: more than 60 days before the rental is due to begin
and the initial deposit (30% of the rental) will be forfeited. If cancelled
between 60 and 30 days before the rental is due to begin 50% of the rental
will be forfeited. If cancelled between 30 and 15 days before the rental is
due to begin 75% of the rental will be forfeited. If cancelled between 15 days
and the actual arrival day 100% of the rental will be forfeited.
